NUTRITIONAL AND LIFESTYLE COACHING
FOR A LONG, HEALTHY and HAPPY LIFE
(7-step program)

A bio-psycho-spiritual stepwise program to initiate and maintain a healthy lifestyle for optimum health, longevity and a conscious empowering life.

The model

This program is based on the following holistic health model: Health is an inborn natural mechanism. • Detoxification,
  • nutrition,
  • oxygenation,
  • education and

In this model, nature is the centerpiece, the patient becomes responsible for his health and the doctor acts as a coach.
